Peggy and Matt Elopement Session at the Louvre and Eiffel Tower

Peggy and Matt while planning their ideal wedding said,“ Let’s get married in Paris!”. They wanted something intimate with just the two of them, so they they took the leap and eloped to the most beautiful city in the world.

Their romantic story started 17 years ago. They were only kids then and didn’t have a love connection but 12 years later they met again and it was a connection that would bring them together for a fantasy elopement in Paris.

Paris has always been Peggy’s dream city to visit so they decided to elope to keep their wedding day small and intimate without the high cost of a lengthy guest list, venues, caterers, and flowers.

I really enjoyed being a part of their special day in Paris. We photographed in the most iconic parts of Paris including the Palais Royal, Louvre, Eiffel Tower, and Pont Alexandre III. We were able to capture the elegant and soft beauty of Paris at sunset. They are a fantastic couple and were such a joy to shoot.

A few words from the bride:

“When we made the decision, the most important thing was to find a photographer that can accommodate our schedule – we had a couple of photographers in mind, but ultimately decided to go with you because we both love the romantic, soft tone your photos express.

If there is anything I wanted to change, I would have done the ceremony towards the beginning of our trip, so I wouldn’t have to worry about not fitting into the dress from our gluttonous overindulgence!  Additionally, meeting you was absolutely fantastic – we loved the travel and food tips you gave us – Les Philosophes was truly incredible!  I wish we had more time to visit the places you recommended!”
